Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling, salted water.
During the cooking, remove the peas from the pod, previously washed, and finely chop the 1/2 onion after cleaning it. Transfer the peas and onion to a pan and sauté them with a drizzle of olive oil until cooked. Drain the noodles once cooked and sauté them in the pan with the seasoning. Finally, cream with the fermentino spreadable and serve.
