Ingredients

  • Red potatoes 400 g
  • Cicioni 80 g
  • Taggiasca olives 60 g
  • Late radicchio with raw leaves 1
  • Red Turnip 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Preparation

Cook the potatoes with the peel and the red turnip in a pot with boiling water.

Once cooked, prepare the dishes cutting the potatoes and turnips into pieces. Distribute equally in the dishes the remaining ingredients: the radicchio leaves, previously cleaned and washed, Taggiasca olives and Cicioni in slices.

Season with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil, then serve.
