  • Noodles 400 g
  • Miso 50 g
  • Radishes 4
  • Spring onion 1
  • Cicioni 80 g
  • Cooked lentils 100 g
  • Bay leaves to taste

  • Water 3 l
  • Celery sticks 2
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 2

Preparation

To prepare the vegetable broth, put the onion, celery and tomatoes in a pot with water and let them boil for about an hour and a half.

Pour the miso into the broth and let it melt, then cook the noodles according to the time on the package.

Once cooked, let them rest for a few minutes in the pot so that they absorb the flavor of miso.

Prepare the seasoning by cutting the radishes into rounds, after cleaning them, and the Cicioni in small pieces.

Compose the dish by lying the noodles at the bottom, adding a little broth, and the placing the radishes, Cicioni in pieces, and lentils.

Garnish with thin rounds of spring onion, previously washed and cleaned, and a few bay leaves.
