Peel and chop 1/2 white onion and sauté with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan.
As soon as it is sautéed, add the tomatoes cut into 4, previously washed, and cook them for about 7/8 minutes, or in any case until brown.
Turn off the heat, add salt and pepper and let it rest.
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water.
Once cooked, drain the spaghetti and sauté in a pan with the tomato sauce.
Proceed with the dish by laying the spaghetti with tomatoes sauce and complete with an abundant sprinkling of Grattino and a leaf of basil for decoration.
