  • Non-sweetened soy milk 60 g
  • Corn oil 90 g
  • Extra-virgin olive oil 20 g
  • Cicioni 50 g
  • Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
  • Curry 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

To make the chips: Cut the potatoes into thin slices using a precision cutting tool.

Wash them well in cold water and dry them with absorbent paper.

Dip the potatoes in hot oil gradually, until they are cooked.

Put them on baking paper and add salt.

To prepare the mayonnaise: Cut Cicioni into small pieces and pour all the ingredients into a large bowl. Mix everything with a blender to obtain a smooth and homogeneous mix.
